Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchange

Customers who have purchased mattresses from Diamond Sleep Pte Ltd are eligible for an exchange under the following conditions:

  • The mattress must be in the original condition as received by the customer, including the mattress cover and tags.
  • The exchange request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery or purchase.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., sales receipt or invoice) must be provided.
  • The mattress must not have any damage caused by the customer (e.g., stains, tears, or odors).
  • The customer must have used a mattress protector during the use of the mattress (if applicable).

2. Exchange Process

Customers requesting an exchange must follow these steps:

  1. Contact Diamond Sleep Pte Ltd Customer Service: Customers should contact our Customer Service team at diamondsleepsg@outlook.com to initiate the exchange process.
  2. Inspection: Diamond Sleep Pte Ltd will arrange for an inspection of the mattress to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in section 1. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the mattress is in an accessible location for inspection.
  3. Exchange Decision: After the inspection, Diamond Sleep Pte Ltd will make a decision regarding the exchange. If the mattress is eligible for exchange, the customer will be informed about available replacement options.
  4. Replacement Selection: The customer can select a replacement mattress from Diamond Sleep Pte Ltd's available stock. If the selected mattress is of higher value, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference.
  5. Exchange Process: Once the customer selects a replacement mattress, Diamond Sleep Pte Ltd will arrange for the exchange and delivery of the new mattress.

3. Exceptions

a. Hygiene and Health Concerns: Diamond Sleep Pte Ltd prioritizes customer health and safety. Mattresses that are returned due to hygiene or health concerns will not be eligible for exchange.
b. Customized Mattresses: Customized or special-order mattresses may not be eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

4. Refund Policy

Diamond Sleep Pte Ltd does not offer refunds for mattress purchases. We only offer exchanges as per the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
