Eligibility:
- To be eligible for participation, individuals must have purchased a mattress from Diamond Sleep Pte Ltd.
- Participants must follow Diamond Sleep on both Facebook and Instagram.
- Participants are required to like and share the Lucky Draw post on both Facebook and Instagram.
Entry Method:
- For in-store purchases, an exclusive Lucky Draw voucher will be issued to the customers.
- For online purchases, participants can visit our website and navigate to the "Lucky Draw" section to enter.
Entry Deadline:
All entries must be submitted by 30 November 2023.
Prizes:
- In-store purchase participants will have a chance to win a randomly chosen prize from the Lucky Draw.
- Online purchase participants will have the opportunity to win various prizes announced during different seasons of the Lucky Draw:
- Diamond Sleep Tourmaline Massage Chair
- Diamond Sleep Luxury Gaming Chair
- Diamond Sleep Brilliance Smart Desk
- The specific prizes for each Lucky Draw are outlined in the official announcement. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
Winner Selection:
- Winners for in-store purchases will be selected through a random draw.
- Winners for online purchases will also be chosen randomly.
Winner Notification:
- The list of winners will be publicly announced on the Diamond Sleep Facebook Page.
Prize Claim:
- In-store purchase winners are required to present their Lucky Draw voucher during the prize collection at the store.
- Online purchase winners should provide their receipt with the invoice number and relevant details when collecting their prize at the store.
Publicity and Marketing:
- By participating in the Lucky Draw, participants consent to Diamond Sleep Pte Ltd using their names, photographs, and other relevant information for promotional purposes, without entitlement to compensation.
Disqualification:
- Diamond Sleep Pte Ltd retains the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or engaging in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.
Privacy:
- Personal information gathered for the purpose of this promotion will be strictly used for administering the promotion, and in alignment with the company's privacy policy.
Amendments and Termination:
- Diamond Sleep Pte Ltd reserves the right to make modifications, suspend, or terminate the Lucky Draw Promotion at its discretion without prior notice.
Governing Law:
- The Lucky Draw and its associated terms and conditions are governed by Singaporean laws. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in Singapore.
