Diamond Sleep Pte Ltd will cover instances of sagging springs, side encasement issues, creaking noises from springs, and bulging of side encasements.
Indentations caused by normal wear and tear, resulting from bodily use, measuring less than 3.2 centimeters OR 1.5 inches in the upper foam layers, are considered acceptable.
All manufacturing defects and complaints will undergo physical testing using approved methods by the International Sleep Products Association (ISPA). An exchange will be considered under the following conditions:
- The product has not been tampered with.
- No liquid damages have occurred.
- Surfaces of products remain undamaged.
- Mattresses have been used on a flat surface.
